Short Biography

Orçun Belgin is an enterprise technology sales and pre-sales professional with nearly 24 years of experience in information technologies. He has held both sales and pre-sales consulting roles, actively contributing to the digital transformation journeys of organizations of varying sizes and building extensive professional expertise across enterprise and public sector environments.

He brings strong technical and commercial knowledge across server and storage systems, Microsoft licensing, cloud service solutions, data center infrastructures, local and hyperscale cloud platforms, and FinOps. In the public sector, he has participated in planning, proposal preparation and tendering for numerous large-scale projects, developing significant expertise in public procurement processes.

At D Tech Cloud, Orçun contributes to the Sales Team by guiding clients through complex technology decisions and delivering cloud-aligned business outcomes. He is recognized for his ability to bridge deep technical understanding with client relationship management, making him a trusted advisor across both enterprise and government accounts.
