Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions including Chief Operations Officer, Director of Information Technology and IT Director at major organizations such as Extra Loyalty Solutions, Milangaz, Demirören Group and Total Oil Türkiye.

Barış Öztürk is a technology executive and digital transformation leader with 20 years of experience in enterprise IT management, risk governance and organizational strategy. Holding a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Technology from Istanbul Bilgi University, he brings a strong technical foundation to his leadership roles.

He specializes in IT leadership and technology strategy, risk management and regulatory compliance, and enterprise IT infrastructure and operations. Throughout his career, he has guided organizations through complex technology transitions, building scalable IT frameworks aligned with business objectives and governance requirements.
