Short Biography

Serhat İnce is a senior technology and operations executive with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise IT, technology strategy and organizational transformation across the energy, media and digital sectors. Holding a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, he brings exceptional depth to both technical and organizational leadership.

Currently serving as General Manager at D Tech Cloud and leading the Technology & Strategy Group at Demirören Medya, he has played key roles in technology governance, operational transformation and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions including Chief Operations Officer, Director of Information Technology and IT Director at major organizations such as Extra Loyalty Solutions, Milangaz, Demirören Group and Total Oil Türkiye.

Serhat specializes in aligning technology with business objectives, building scalable operational structures and leading enterprise transformation programs focused on long-term growth and efficiency. He is recognized for his ability to bridge strategic vision with practical execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
