Short Biography

Işıl Ataker Yalçın is a technology partnerships and ecosystem leader with more than two decades of experience across the software, cloud and technology sectors. Throughout her career, she has held strategic roles at global organizations including Microsoft and Intel, building extensive expertise in partner management, alliance development, channel strategy and business growth.

During her years at Microsoft, Işıl worked across multiple partner-focused functions, helping technology partners strengthen their go-to-market strategies, expand market reach and maximize the value of the Microsoft ecosystem. Her experience spans partner marketing, OEM programs, channel development and strategic alliance management, enabling organizations to accelerate growth through effective ecosystem engagement.

She later continued her leadership journey in the Microsoft partner ecosystem, taking on senior alliance management responsibilities and working closely with technology providers, system integrators and business stakeholders to develop high-impact partnerships and drive mutual business success.

At D Tech Cloud, Işıl serves as Vendor Manager, leading strategic vendor relationships and partner ecosystem initiatives. She plays a key role in strengthening collaborations with global technology providers, supporting business development efforts and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy. Recognized for her collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of partner ecosystems, Işıl brings a unique combination of commercial, operational and alliance management expertise to every organization she supports.
