Short Biography

Işıl Ataker Yalçın is a senior telecommunications executive with over 25 years of international leadership experience. Holding a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, complemented by executive education at Stanford, Boston University and Wharton, she brings exceptional academic and operational depth to her advisory work.

She built a distinguished career at Ericsson, holding key executive roles across Türkiye, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, including CEO of Northeast Africa and General Manager of Ericsson Türkiye. She has led large-scale operations and strategic initiatives across multiple regions, earning international recognition for her ability to drive growth in complex, fast-changing market environments.

At D Tech Cloud, Işıl serves in the Strategy & Growth team, bringing her global executive experience to bear on strategic advisory, market expansion and business development initiatives. She is recognized for her visionary leadership, cross-cultural expertise and her ability to translate strategic ambition into measurable organizational results.
